- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
- To Serve
- As Required lemon wedge and homemade yoghurt

- First, wash and drain the poha well. Keep covered to absorb the water for 5 to 8 minutes.
Heat oil in a kadhai. Pop in mustard seeds and Cumin seeds. Then add hing, green chilies, and curry leaves and saute well. - Then fry onion till pink.
