Vegetable Chop Suey is an American Chinese dish filled with vegetables in a salty, starch-thickened sauce served over crunchy, fried chow mein noodles or rice. - 5 no. Mushroom or broccoli 🥦
- 3 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp black pepper corn sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 2 tsp white chilly powder

- 3 no finely chopped green chilly

- 200 gram boiled noodles Or 1 cup boiled Rice
Instructions to make Vegetable Chopsuey
- First chopped carrots, cabbage, capsicum, green onions and ginger into long slices. Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Cut the mushrooms into long slices. Now add black paper sauce, vegetable stock and corn flour in a bowl and mix. Now add mushroom pieces, mix well and marinate. Then let the mushrooms rest for a while.



- Now make a mixture by adding black pepper sauce, 2 tbsp soy sauce and tbsp sesame oil in a bowl. Set the mixture aside.



- Take sesame oil in a pan. Heat it. Now add chopped onion and chopped ginger and chopped garlic and cook for a while. Now add all the vegetables and cook for two-three minutes. Then add the marinated mushrooms in the same pan. Let it cook for two to three minutes.



- Add the prepared mixture then half a cup of vegetable stock, white pepper powder and salt to taste. Then add two teaspoons of black pepper sauce. Shake everything well. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.



- Now add marinated mushrooms, mix well and cook for a while.



- Now our most crunchy Vegetable Chopsuey are ready to serve. Serve these vegetable chops with boiled rice or noodles. Garnish the vegetable Chopsuey with green onion leaves and serve hot..
