Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Spicy Gujiya Chaat:
- 🏵️ For Gujiya Layers :
- 250 grams Maida
- 3 tbsp oil
- Water as required
- as needed Salt
- 🏵️ For the Stuffing :
- 8-10 nos boiled potatoes
- 1 bowl boiled peas
- 2 tbsp coriander cumin powder
- 2 tbsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp garam masala
- 1/2 tbsp hing
- 1 tbsp amchoor powder
- 1/2 cup green coriander leaves
- as needed Salt
- 🏵️ For Gujiya Chaat :
- 1 cup dates and tamarind Chutney
- 1 cup red chilli garlic Chutney
- 1 cup coriander chilli green Chutney
- 1 Cup Naylon Save
- 1 Cup Finely chopped coriander, beetroot and onions
- 🏵️ Oil for frying
Instructions to make Spicy Gujiya Chaat
- Take the maida in a bowl then add oil and salt, make a slightly harder dough then roti. Now cover the dough for 15 minutes.

- Now take the potatoes in a bowl and mash them. Now add peas into it. Now add salt to taste, coriander cumin powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, hing, amchoor powder, green coriander and mix everything well.



- Then knead the flour well, make an even loaf, weave a loaf in a small oval out of it, put a spice loaf in it, add a little water on both its edges, gather it and turn it over.


- Now put the oil in the pan to heat and keep the flame medium of gas. When the oil is hot, fry the gujiya till they turn golden brown.



- Now break the curls in a dish and put date Tamarind Chutney,



- Green Chutney and Red Chutney on it. Now sprinkle the beetroot, onion and coriander then serve it.
