  1. 2 medium boiled sweet potatoes
  2. 2 tbsp ghee
  3. 2 tbsp chopped nuts
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/2 cup mawa
  6. 2 tbsp saffron soaked milk
  7. 1 tsp ghee
  8. 3 tbsp sugar
  9. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  10. 1 pinch nutmeg powder
  11. 2 tbsp crushed pistachio for garnishing

  2. Now heat ghee in a kadai add chopped nuts and fry till golden brown then add mashed sweet potatoes and mix it well, add milk and stir and cook until the milk is evaporated completely.

  4. Last add saffron milk, cardamom powder, nutmeg powder and ghee and mix everything properly and cook few seconds. Turn off the flame.
  5. Then spread the sweet potatoes mixture in the grease plate and cool down and keep in the fridge 20-30 minutes to set properly and then cut it into squares shape and garnish with crushed pistachio and serve.
