Ingredients and spices that need to be Get to make Pearl Sago Balls:

  1. 1 cup pearl sago (very tiny in size)
  2. 6 boiled potatoes
  3. 1/2 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
  4. 4 tsp ginger chilli paste
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 2 tsp sugar
  9. 1/4 cup chopped green coriander
  10. as required Arrowroot
  11. as per taste Pink salt
  12. as required Water oil to fry

Instructions to make Pearl Sago Balls

  1. Wash Pearl Sago 4 times in water and soak it for at least 4 hours in little water added by pink salt in it, so it won't be sticky.
  2. Boil potatoes and cools completely, then mash it. Add crushed roasted peanuts, pink salt, ginger chilli paste, sugar, lemon juice, chopped coriander, black pepper powder along with soaked and blown pearl sago.
  3. Make small balls, coat in aararoot.
    Heat oil in pan, fry all pearl sago balls in batches,till tuns crispy and in golden yellow colour.
  4. Ready to serve.. Serve with falahari green chutney, homemade tomato chutney, masala curd.. Enjoy..
