- 1.5 Cups Fresh Milk: Boiled and RT or Coconut Milk
- 3-4 tbsps Caster Sugar/Honey
- 1 Cup Almonds and Pistachios: Blanched & Peeled & Roughly Chopped
- 1 Handful: Saffron Strands (Garnish)
- 1/8 Cup Almonds & Pistachios: Finely Chopped (Garnish)
- 1/8 tsp Salt
- 1 Handful: Pitted Dates- Optional (I do use it at times being immensely healthy & nutritious)
- 1 Cup Ice Cubes: Optional (I use it at times, mostly in the summer days and not always)

- In a blender jar: Add in all the ingredients aforementioned & mix everything well together until nicely combined and well blended-
It should be smooth and supple - Strain the blended mixture by passing it through a sieve- Mix & blend the remaining little bits & pieces of the chunks of nuts, if any and strain it once more finely-
