- 1 cup boiled white chana
- 4 table spoon finely chopped paneer
- 2 table spoon fine cut ginger
- 2 table spoon ghee or oil
- 4 table spoon finely chopped onion,cucumber
- 1 green chilli
- 1 lemon juice
- 4 table spoon tomato without seeds fresh coriander
- as per taste Salt,
- 1/2 +1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder, black pepper
- 1+1 teaspoon jeera powder, amchur powder
- 1/2 tea spoon garam masala, black salt
- As required Potato bhujiya for garnish
Instructions to make White Chana chaat
- Soaked overnight chickpeas & boil for 20 min. Add white salt.
Now take a nonstriks pan add 1 tablespoon oil & roast ginger & paneer till golden brown.
- Take out from the pan. Now add more oil roast jeera powder red chilli & add boiled checkpea. Stir it for 2 to 3 min.

- Also add other spices & coriander leaves. If required add some boiled water. Transfer into a bowl.


- Now mix chopped veggies & paneer ginger also. Mix all ingredients very well. Add lemon juice on the chaat.


- When served garnish it with bhujiya. Garam garam serve it.
