  1. Take a wok put oil then add cumin seeds and hing then put garlic saute add onion saute till light brown add all spices,ginger and boil chana dal saute.
  2. Then put soaked rice saute few seconds then add water mix and cover with lid.
  3. After 10 minutes biryani cooked.Then garnish coriander.
  4. Serve hot hot biryani.
