- For dosa batter
- 1/2 cup rice
- 1/4 cup urad dal
- 4 tbsp poha
- 2 tbsp gram dal
- 1 tbsp fenugreek seeds
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp oil
- For Masala aalo
- Boiled potatoes
- Onion finely chopped
- Oil
- Mustard seed
- Turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- Chilli powder
- Chaat masala
- For sambhar
- 1/2 cup tuvar daal
- 200 grm pumpkin
- 2 big size onion
- 1 tbsp green chilli
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt as per taste
- 1 tsp mustard seed
- 1 tsp cumin seed
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp sambar recipe
- 3 tbsp tamarind pulp
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 3 tbsp oil
- Water as required
- 2 medium size tomato
Steps to make Dosa sambhar recipe
- Wash the rice, dal, and poha separately 2-3 times.

- Soak them in enough water for 5-6 hours.
- Drain all the water and grind it to smooth paste little water at a time.




- Now pour it in a bowl add salt mix it and leave it for fermentation for about 8-9 hours.
- You will see the batter has doubled up after the fermentation.
- Now we make masala aalo heat a pan add oil. Then mustard seed,turmeric powder, mix well. Add onion potato, chilli powder, salt, chaat masala mix well. Keep a side.
- Now take a non stick dosa pan. Pour 2 scoop of batter and gently spread the batter from the center to outward directions.



- Apply masala aalo and fold.


- Cook till crisp and golden brown in color.



- Now we are making sambhar heat a pressure cooker put some oil in it add mustard seeds, cumin seed, curry leaves, onion in it after 2 mins add ginger garlic paste saute 5 minutes.now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and tamarind pulp and salt, after that add tomato cook for 2 min add pumpkin and tuvar daal and water as required now close it and take 5-6 whistle.
- Let it cool down open the lead and mix sambhar well.
Serve sambhar with dosa & coconut chutney.
