- 2 cups For the dough - All purpose flour -
- 1/4 tsp Desi ghee -
- 1/2 tsp Salt and carom seeds
- For the filling -
- 4 Potato - (boiled and peeled)
- 4 tbsp Cheese -
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1tsp Coriander powder
- 1 Green chilli - .finely. chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger grated
- 1/2 tsp Dry mango powder
- 2 tsp Garam masala -
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp Oregano -
- 2 tbsp each Fried cashew nut and raisins-
- as required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Cheese samosa
- Cut potatoes into small pieces.

- Heat oil in a pan,add.ginger,cumin seeds and saute.adr green chilli,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt and potato.Give it a good mix.Sprinkle dry mango powder, garam masala and coriander leaves.Let it cool.



- For the dough,mix all purpose flour,salt,carom seeds and ghee.Mix it until bread crumbs like mixture.Add 70 ml.water and make a stiff dough.Cover it and rest it for 10 min.


- Now mix potato mixture and grated cheese.


- Take a small portion from the dough,make a ball and roll it.jike a chapati or oval shape.Cut it into 2 pieces.Take one piece make a cone and fill it with potato mixture, cashew nut and raisins.Close it and give it a triangular shape.Prepare all the samosas like this.



- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all the samosa on medium to low flame until golden brown.


- Your delicious cheese samosa is ready to serve.Enjoy it with tomato ketchup,saunth and mint chutney.
