- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon chana masala
- 1/2 teaspoon dhaniya powder
- 1/2 teaspoon jeera powder

- 1 teaspoon dry roasted & crushed kasuri methi
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons butter /oil
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves for garnishing

- Firstly take a nonstick wok add butter/ oil then add chopped onions sauté until slightly brown now add tomato purée all spices mix it well & add roughly chopped boiled potatoes,boiled chana discard the water or use in the same recipe.next Mix everything and add a cup of water cover the lid & cook for 8-10 minutes.
