- 400 gm Green Peas shelled and boiled
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder

Now add Sugar and Cardamom powder to it. Mix and cook on a low to medium high heat until done. Since the Peas have been boiled, it doesn't take much time in getting roasted to perfection. - After it starts to leave the sides of the pan, it means that it's done to perfection. At this point, stir in some Malai or Mawa if desired. Sugar can be adjusted accordingly. Garnish with some more of Nuts and take it off the heat.
