  3. Coat the pattice with Ara lot, keep these balls in refrigerator for 30 mins.
  4. Deep fry the pattice till it turns light golden.
    Also you can cook them in appam by putting 1 tbsp oil and bake them both the sides.
  5. Serve with green chutney or sweet curd.
