- Rinse and strain poha. Add all dry masala, salt n lemon juice and mix it well. Now Put fried peanuts and chopped potato. Heat a Kadai, pour oil, and add mustard seed as it becomes hot. Add green chili and chopped onions and saute well. Now it's time to add poha and mix it well.



- Finally, add chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve it hot. Add sev and Garnish it with onion slices, green chili, and lemon.
