  1. Grind red, green chutney
  2. In bowl mix potatoes, coriander, lemon juice, salt, green chills. Give tadka.
  3. Make small balls.
  4. Make batter of besan, salt, 2 t. spoon. hot oil.
  5. Heat oil. Dip balls in batter & fry.
