- 2 cup kuttu ka aata
- 2 boiled potatoes
- as per taste Rock Salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4 cup water
- as required Oil for frying
- For sabudana vada
- 1 cup soaked sabudana
- 3 boiled potatoes
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- to taste Rock Salt

- For vrat wale aloo ki sabzi
- 3 boiled, peel and mashed potatoes
- 1 chopped tomato
- 2 tbsp ghee
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- as per taste Rock Salt

- 1 cup water
Steps to make Falahaari thali
- Making puri
- Take kuttu flour, salt and pepper in a bowl.Add mashed potatoes.
- Now add water little at a time and start kneading the dough.
- Take one flattened disc, and roll it.
- Now heat the oil in a pan on medium heat. While the oil is heating, roll a few puris and keep them on a plate. Once the oil is hot, slice one rolled puri carefully.
- Once puffed, flip the puri and cook another side. Then remove it to a paper towel lined plate and repeat the same for rest.
- For making sabudana vada
- Take a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes and soaked sabudana.
- Then add rock Salt, chillies, coriander and mix well.
- Now prepare small patties from sabudana and hole in center.
- Deep fry the patties in hot oil.
- Fry on medium flame until they turn golden brown flipping in between. Drain off over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
- For aloo sabzi
- Heat ghee into a kadahi.
- And add cumin seeds and saute.
- Further add chopped green chillies and chopped tomatoes and cover and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
- Now add slightly mashed potatoes, pepper powder and salt. Saute for a minute or until the spices are well combined with aloo.
- Further, add water and mix well adjusting the consistency.
- Cover and boil for 5 minutes, or until the flavours are absorbed well.
- Add 2 tbsp coriander and mix well.
- Finally, add vrat wale aloo sabzi.
- Ready puri, sabudana vada, sabzi serve along with raita and fruits salad. And enjoy!
