  2. Take a ball of dough roll it and put stuffing and seal it. Again roll in dry flour and roll paratha. Now heat a tava and put paratha applying ghee. Flip it and roast evenly both sides.
  3. Our aloo paratha is ready to serve with chutney, pickle or hot adrak chai. You can enjoy with sweet curd also.
