- 125 gm - Khoa/Mawa

- 1/4 Tsp - Pineapple Essence
- 7-8 - Saffron Strands
- 1 Tsp -Rose Water
- 2 Cup - Sugar
- 1/4 Tsp - Lemon Yellow Food Colour
Instructions to make Diwali Special Rava Halwa/Suji Halwa/Rava Halwa
- 1. Soak Saffron Strands in 2Tbsp of Milk
2. In a Kadai add 2Tbsp of Ghee and Roast the Rava on low flam


- 3. When Rava is nicely Roasted,remove it in plate and let it cool
4. Add remaining Ghee in Kadai,roast the Khoa in it
5. When Khoa is nicely Roasted,add 2Cups if Water in it and let it boil
6. Add milk in it and boil for 2-3mins - 7. Add Sugar and let it boil for 5-8mins
8. Meanwhile add Saffron Strands,color, Dry Fruits, Rose Water and Pineapple Essence 








- 11. Cover and cook for 1/2hr on low flame
12. Remove the lid,turn off the flame and Enjoy.. 
- 9. Add Rava by continuesly stirring, make sure no lumps form
10. Let it boil for 2-3mins
