- as required Overnight soaked sabudana with water
- 1 bowl (medium sized) sabudane
- 3/4 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 2 teaspoons fresh black pepper powder
- 5 chopped green chillies
- 5 boiled peeled and mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
- as required No salt
- 1/2 of lime juice
- As needed rock salt
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- as required No turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons veg oil
Steps to make Sabudane khichdi
- Heat oil in a kadhai, add grated ginger saute for few seconds.
Add lightly mashed potatoes and saute till lightly golden brown in color.
- Add chopped coriander leaves, and chopped green chillies, and keep cooking in medium high heat.
Add soaked tapioka (sabudane) and reduced the flame and saute it constantly add lime juice,
add black pepper powder and as needed black salt.
