- When chicken cooked halfly add yogurt and biryani masala cook well when yogurt water absorbed add 2 cups of water and let them cook till chicken completely cooked
- Take another pot add Biryani oil in it and pour half boiled rice
- Now add cooked chicken layering with tomato lemon green chillies mint now add remaining rice
- Add kewrah with zarda colr pour on rice thn add ghee on top
- Now put on dum for good 5 to 7 min
