- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup water
- As per taste Salt
- 1 Eno packet
- 4-5 Boiled and mashed potatoes
- 3-4 Green chilli
- 2 Onion 🧅
- As per taste Salt
- 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder
- 1/2 tbsp black pepper Powder
- 1/2 tbsp aamchur powder
- 1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tbsp sambhar masala
- 1/2 cumin seeds
- 1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
- 2-3 red chilli
Instructions to make Stuffed idli
- Take a big bowl and add semolina, curd, water, salt as per taste and eno and mix it.
And cover it and rest them for 20 mins.

- Take a kadhai and add oil and heat it for them and then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, red chili and fry it then add chopped onion 🧅 and cook it well and the colour of onion 🧅 is to be pinkish.


- Then add boiled and mashed potatoes and add all spices (salt as per taste, red chili powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, black pepper powder, sambhar masala) and fry it.

- Then take a kadhai and add some water and add put the stand and take the batter and mix it again and take an idli maker and grease it with oil and put some batter and then fry potato and again cover the potato by the batter and put into the stand and steam it for 10 min.

- After 10 min takes a toothpick and checks the idli the toothpick is clear the stuffed idli was ready.
- Take a beautiful plate and Serve it.
