  1. 3 cup milk (already boiled)
  2. 2 tbsp Vanilla Custard powder
  3. 1/4 cup Sugar
  4. as required Chopped / sliced fruit of your choice
  5. 1/4 tsp Vanilla essence

Steps to make Vanilla Fruit Custard

  1. Take out 1/2 cup milk and mix custard powder, keep aside.
  2. In pan add milk + sugar and allow sugar to dissolve and simmer under low - medium flame for 5 minutes.
  3. Add custard mix and keep stirring to avoid lumps and cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Keep stirring till bubbles arrive, add vanilla essence and stir for 3-4 minutes under low flame.
  5. Now custard is ready. Switch off flame and keep stirring while cooling.
  6. Transfer to a mixing dish and let it come to room temperature, then refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  7. Now add fruits and mix well, refrigerate for 1 hour and its ready to serve.
