- 3 cup Maida
- 2 cup ata
- as per taste salt
- as required Water to make dough soft
- as required Maida for rotis
- Assemble
- 6-7 tsp Butter
- 2-3 Onion chopped
- 3 tbsp green chutney
- 2 tbsp Coriander
- 1 tsp Schezwan sauce
- 1 tsp frankie masala
Steps to make Veg Frankie
- First we make Frankie masala for that in pan add oil then add all other ingredients & roast them well
- Leave it for cool & grind it
- Now make a filling, for the filling add oil in kadai & heat it then add chillies, ginger & garlic & sauté it
- Now add other spices which mention above one by one & some Frankie masala & sauté it then add boiled aloo & mash it & mix it well
- Now keep it for cool down & in mean time we make dough by mixing all ingredients & we make rotis of that
- Now make sauce for topping by mixing ingredients
- Now we make the roll for that we make one roll of aloo paste & heat the non-stick pan & put butter then rotis & cook it well, the butter which left on tawa we cook the aloo paste
- Now first we spread schezwan sauce then the aloo paste then onion, green chutney,sauce, Frankie masala & some coriander
- Now roll it & cut it
