  1. 6 med sized gobhi florets, boiled,
  2. 1 cup boiled matar dana,
  3. 1 cup diced carrot
  4. 3 tbsp mustard oil,
  5. Pinch Jeera,
  6. 1 small onion sliced,
  7. 3 green chilli slitted,
  8. 1 tsp grated garlic,
  9. 1 tsp grated ginger,
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
  11. 1 tsp dhania powder,
  12. as per taste Salt
  13. As Required Some chopped dhania patta,

Instructions to make Gajar Matar Gobhi Sabzi

  1. Fry gobhi in 1 tbsp oil until light brown, keep aside.
  2. Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
  3. Add zeera, let it splutter. Now add onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.
  4. In goes ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.
  5. Now add gajar, stir fry it for a minute.
  6. In goes matar, mix it well. Add gobhi now.
  7. Now add haldi powder, dhania powder & salt, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute.
  8. Sprinkle very lil water, cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it until veggies aur almost cooked. Stir in between.
  9. Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it for 2 minutes. Do not overcook it, just a lil dry.
  10. Add dhania patta, mix it well. Turn off the flame.
  11. Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Paratha...
