- 2 table spoon bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon senda namak
- 1 teaspoon jeera powder

- Wash the sabudana three four times thoroughly with water and then add water in which the sabudana gets just soaked. Keep aside for about one and a half hours and then drain the excess water and keep aside

- Grate / mash three boiled potatoes and add to the sabudana

- To it add senda namak, bread crumbs, jeera powder, coriander powder, chilli flakes, ginger - chilli paste and mix well.


- Now grease your palms with little oil and make tikkis of the sabudana mixture

- In a pan heat some oil and fry the tikkis. You can deep / shallow fry them on medium flame.


- Serve them hot.
