- 1/2 cup basmati rice
- 2spoon chanadal
- 4 spoon cooked rice
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 spoon cumin powder
- 1spoon green chilli paste
- 1spoon ginger paste

- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 sweet potato boiled
- 3spoon cooked rice
- as required Plum chutney for serving
- as required Ghee for serving
Instructions to make Corn Rice Dumplings
- Soak chana dal and rice 3,4hours, basmati rice for 1hour. Grind rice chanadal and half of corn kernels to paste without adding water.

- To ground paste add onion, remaining corn, sweet potato mashed,cooked rice, green chilli ginger paste, turmeric powder,salt, pepper,cumin powder mix all well together.

- Now spread soaked basmati rice on a plate,make balls of rice and corn mixture and roll on rice to coat all over.

- Heat steamer and steam the prepared balls/dumplings for 10,12min serve hot with plum chutney and top with ghee
