  1. Wash and soak red kidney beans overnight, next day boil add salt๐Ÿง‚, cook until tender.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic, cook till little golden in colour, add finely chopped ginger, cook for 1 min.
  3. Add chicken strips ๐Ÿ”, sweet ๐ŸŒฝ,black pepper powder, salt๐Ÿง‚and mix well, cook for 4 mins, add boiled red kidney beans, mix.
  4. Add finely chopped dill/ mixed herbs, black pepper powder, salt๐Ÿง‚, red chillies flakes mix well, cook for a few mins, add kashmiri red chillies powder ๐ŸŒถ️, coriander & cumin powder, chopped green chillies mix well.
  5. Add yellow & green capsicum ๐Ÿซ‘, ๐Ÿฅ• carrot finely chopped, cover and cook for 3-4 mins, when done, remove from flame, let it cool. Squeeze fresh lime juice ๐Ÿ‹ mix well. Keep aside
  6. For salsa: In a bowl add finely chopped onion ๐Ÿง…, finely chopped ๐Ÿ… tomato, finely chopped green chillies/ jalapeno, mix gently, add salt๐Ÿง‚and pepper mix well.salsa is ready
  7. Note: for vegetarian, it's Kindy recommend that you add grated/ cubes cottage cheese at last, cover and cook for 2 mins,omit chicken strips, for vegetarian tacos๐ŸŒฎ.
  8. Place a ๐ŸŒฎ taco on a serving plate and place a few shredded lettuce leaves on it, arrange a portion of the filling and a little salsa on top, repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 more tacos, serve immediately.
  9. Tip: you can omit shredded lettuce leaves and make direct, if you like.
