- 1/2 yellow capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 green capsicum ๐ซ finely chopped
- 1/2 finely chopped carrots๐ฅ
- 1 finely chopped tomato ๐
- 3 tbsp sweet corn ๐ฝ
- 2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves for garnish
- For salsa:
- 1 finely chopped onions ๐ง
- 1 finely chopped tomato ๐
- 2 finely chopped green chillies/2 jalapeno finely chopped
- 1 tsp lime juice ๐

- 1/8 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 cup shredded lettuce leaves ๐ฅฌ

- Wash and soak red kidney beans overnight, next day boil add salt๐ง, cook until tender.
- Heat oil, add cumin seeds when start to crackle, add finely chopped garlic, cook till little golden in colour, add finely chopped ginger, cook for 1 min.
- Add chicken strips ๐, sweet ๐ฝ,black pepper powder, salt๐งand mix well, cook for 4 mins, add boiled red kidney beans, mix.
- Add finely chopped dill/ mixed herbs, black pepper powder, salt๐ง, red chillies flakes mix well, cook for a few mins, add kashmiri red chillies powder ๐ถ️, coriander & cumin powder, chopped green chillies mix well.
- Add yellow & green capsicum ๐ซ, ๐ฅ carrot finely chopped, cover and cook for 3-4 mins, when done, remove from flame, let it cool. Squeeze fresh lime juice ๐ mix well. Keep aside
- For salsa: In a bowl add finely chopped onion ๐ง , finely chopped ๐ tomato, finely chopped green chillies/ jalapeno, mix gently, add salt๐งand pepper mix well.salsa is ready
- Note: for vegetarian, it's Kindy recommend that you add grated/ cubes cottage cheese at last, cover and cook for 2 mins,omit chicken strips, for vegetarian tacos๐ฎ.
- Place a ๐ฎ taco on a serving plate and place a few shredded lettuce leaves on it, arrange a portion of the filling and a little salsa on top, repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 more tacos, serve immediately.
- Tip: you can omit shredded lettuce leaves and make direct, if you like.
