  13. As Per Required Finely chopped green coriander leaves to garnish

Instructions to make Beetroot Koshimbir

  1. In the mixing, plate keep all mentioned ingredients. Mix well.
  2. In a small tadka pan add heat oil. Do tempering of urad dal as it turns pinkish add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped green chili, and asafoetida. Saute for 30 seconds. Pour it on beetroot onion salad.
