- 1 cup Moraiya
- 1 + 1/2 cup of water
- 1 Tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 Tbsp White sesame
- 1 Tbsp Ginger chilli paste
- 1 Tbsp Peanut oil
- According to taste Salt
- 2 nos Mashed boiled potatoes
- 1/4 cup Grind roasted peanuts
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 cup Dry grated coconut
- 1/4 cup Chopped coriander leaves
- 1 Tsp Pepper powder
- 1 Tsp Ginger chilli paste
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 Tsp rock salt
- According to taste Salt
- Oil for frying
Steps to make Moraiya Farali Vada
- Properly cleaned moraiya is to be taken in a mixer jar and crushed finely.



- Boil water in a nonstick pan and add cumin, white sesame and ginger chilli paste.



- Then add peanut oil and salt to taste, cover the pan and let the water boil for one minute.


- Now add crushed moraiya and mix well, cover it again and let it simmer for two minutes.



- The moraiya will be blown properly so it will be released from the cauldron in this way. Then turn off the gas and let it cool down.
- Take this mixture in a bowl and add mashed boiled potatoes, ground peanuts and sugar.



- Then add dry grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves and pepper powder.



- Now add ginger chilli paste, rock salt, lemon juice and salt to taste and mix everything well.



- Heat the frying oil in a frying pan and prepare the tiki from the prepared mixture.



- Now this tiki has to be fried in hot oil till it turns golden color then it has to be fried on medium heat.

- In this way all the Vadas are to be prepared by frying.

- I have served these farali Vadas with farali green chutney.
