- 1 tsp ginger garlic and green chillies paste
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp ghee

- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp pavbhaji masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Handful coriander leaves
Steps to make Oats Khichdi
- Wash moong daal and add required water and pressure cook it till 2 whistles.
- Meanwhile dry roast the oats.
- Take wok and heat ghee. Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic and green chillies paste. Saute it.
- Add onion, green peas, corn, capcicum and tometos turn by turn and saute it.
- Now add all spice and some water. Mix it and let it cook for 2 minutes.
- Now add roasted oats. Cook it for 1 minutes. Now add moong daal and mix it properly.
- Lets cook it for 2 minutes. Our khichdi is ready. Sprinkle coriander leaves and enjoy it.
