- 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
- Pinch Hing
- 8-10 Curry Leaves

- as required Chopped Fresh Green Coriander Leaves
- as required Oil for frying

Put slit pav on tawa, press little, roast for a minute and then turn the pav. Keep hot crispy vada on one part of pav and close the pav. Roast for a minute.
