  1. Mix grated potato & paneer in a bowl. Add green chilli, cashew,kishmish, cornflour, salt & sugar & coriander.
  2. Mix well everything. Make small balls of that mixture. Deep fry kofta in hot oil to golden brown. Koftas are ready
  3. For gravy add butter and some oil in pan then add onion, cashew, ginger garlic. Saute it for a minute then add tomatoes. Saute till tomato becomes soft & cooked. Then add red chill powder, kitchen king masala and some butter, mix well. Cool the mixure & grind in mixer.

  5. Lastle add malai or cream. Gravy is ready. In a bowl put koftas and pour gravy on it. garnish with coriander
