- 1/2 cup tamarind pulp
- 1/2 cup papri

- 3 green chillies chopped
- 2-3 tbs fresh coriander leaves chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbs sugar
- 3 tbs tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 3 cup water
- 2 tbs corn flour+1/4 cup water

- Simmer water in a pan add boiled chikpeas



- Add rest of the spices except chat masala let it cook for 3-4 minutes then add tamarind pulp and ketchup.give a stir.

- Now add in corn flour slurry and mix well.add potatoes mix cover and cook for 3 minutes

- Now add sliced onion tomato green chillies and coriander mix well.


- Add chaat masala and cook for 2-3 minutes then remove from the heat

- Dish it out and serve with papri and chat masala.
