- 1/3 cup boiled peas
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric + red chilli powder + garam masala + jeera powder + 1tsp corinander powder
- 1 tbsp green chilli Chopped
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- as per taste chaat masala
- 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 2-3 tsp Chopped corinander leaves
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/3 cup corn starch
- 4-5 tbsp water
- as needed oil for deep frying
Instructions to make Railway Style Cutlet
- Take boiled mashed potatoes and add grated carrot, beetroot, boiled peas, Turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, and corinander powder.
- Add green chilli Chopped, grated ginger, black pepper powder, chaat masala, lemon juice, Chopped corinander leaves.
Add 1/2 cup bread crumbs and mix everything well nicely. - Make any cutlet shape you want (take 1/3 cup corn starch + 4-5 tbsp water make smooth liquid). Coat the cutlet with this corn starch liquid and again coat with bread crumbs well.
- Cool down this cutlet in refrigerator for 2-3 hai.
- Deep fry this cutlet both side well until it look beautiful golden brown colour. Serve this with some green chutney or tea.
