Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Chicken Stew with Veggies:
- 500 gm chicken on bone, curry cut,
- 1 Veggies.... med sized aloo cut lengthwise
- 1/2 med sized carrot cut into 1.5 inch pc lengthwise,
- 1/4 cup boiled matar,
- 3 tbsp oil,
- Whole garam masala..
- 1 dalchini,
- 1 tejpatta,
- 1/2 tsp Kali mirch sabit,
- 1 med sized onion chopped finely,
- 6 green chilli chopped finely,
- 10 garlic cloves grated or crushed,
- 1 tsp ginger grated,
- 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
- 2 tomato chopped finely,
- to taste, Salt
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder,
- 1 cup coconut milk,
- as required Some chopped dhania patta,
- Marination..
- 1/2 tsp salt,
- 1 tsp lemon juice,
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder,
Instructions to make Chicken Stew with Veggies
- Firstly take a mixing bowl, add chicken, salt, lemon juice & haldi powder, mix it well. Keeo it in the fridge for 1/2 hour.

- Now take a pressure cooker,badd oil, heat it. Add whole garam masala, saute it for a minute.


- Add onion & green chilli, stir fry it until light brown.



- Now add chicken pcs, stir fry it until a lil dry.


- Add veggies now, mix it well. In goes ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.



- In goes haldi powder, stir fry it for a minute.


- Add in tomato & salt, stir fry it for a minute.


- Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until tomato becomes mushy.

- Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, mix it well. Add dhania patta also. Mix it well.



- Now add coconut milk, stir fry it for a minute.



- Add 2 cup boiled water, place the lid, give 3 whistles on high flame. Lower the flame, cook it for 5 minutes.


- Turn off the flame, allow it to depressurise naturally. Open the lid after 5 minutes. Take out in a serving bowl.
