Now add crushed coriander, red chili powder, ajwain, garam masala powder, amchoor powder. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Mix nicely and cook for few minutes till no moisture is there in the stuffing. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves. Cool it.
  3. Now take a small dough roll it. Add the potatoes stuffing it. Fold it, roll it. Heat a tawa add this paratha, cook from both side. Apply ghee. Paratha is ready. You can have this delicious paratha with curd or achar.
