I have made potato Bhel for fasting .It fav. in my family

- 1 bowl oil for deep fry
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1 boiled and mashed potato
- 1/2 TSP cumin seeds
- 2 green chillies finely cut
- 2 TSP curd+1TSP sugar+Pinch of salt
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- 2 pinch red chilli powder
- 1 TSP finely cut green coriander
- for taste Salt
Instructions to make Potato Bhel for fasting
- Heat oil,deep fry the potato khis,deep fry the peanuts on medium to low flame!

- Heat 1 TSP oil,add cumin seeds when splutters add green chilli pieces,saute for a minute on low flame,add pinch of red chillie powder,salt for taste,mix well,Add the mashed potato,mix well cook with lid for 2 minutes on slow flame!

- Take potato in the dish,add sugar,salt in curd mix well

- Add 1 pinch salt in fried potato khis and peanuts,mix well,.Now take serving plate,spread the fried potato khis,spread the mashed n cooked potato on it,then pour the sweet curd with spoon over it,spread some coriander,then sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder abd black pepper powder on top,potato Bhel is ready to serve.It can be served as snacks in fasting and regular snacks also.
