- 1 whole wheat sliced bread
- 2 cans sardine
- 2 boiled eggs
- 1 small cucumber
- 1 small onion
- Cooking oil
- Mayonnaise
- Mustard
- Ketchup
- Hot pepper paste
- Lemon juice or
- Apple cider vinegar
- Green food color (optional)*
- Yellow food color (optional)*
Steps to make Club sandwiches with a twist
- In a clean, dry pan. Pour in lil oil and sauté your chopped onion

- Add in sardine, crush with spatula

- Add in ketchup

- Chili and we’re done

- Boil eggs, and peel shell

- Chop or slice

- Mix mayonnaise, mustard and (yellow food color- optional)* then mix with the egg.

- Slice cucumber, mix with mayonnaise and (green foo color - which is also optional)
Arrange all three, alongside the bread
Ps: i added vinegar to each mix
- Take one piece of slice at a time, then add in sardine mix

- Cover with the next slice of bread and add in egg mix

- Add third layer of bread, then add in cucumber mixture

- Cover with a piece of bread

- Finely colorful layer achieved, cut either in triangles, squares or other preferable shapes
