Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Soya Patties:
- 1 small packet soya chunks / nuggets
- 2 medium boiled potatoes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp Garam Masala powder
- 1-2 green chilli
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- As per taste Salt + rock salt
- 3-4 tbsp roasted semolina
- 1 tbsp ginger
- as required Bread crumbs / Semolina for coating
- as required Oil for frying
Instructions to make Soya Patties
- Boil soya chunks and squeeze water and refrigerate for 4-5 hours. Cut chunks into small pieces.


- Marinade with rock salt + 1/2 tsp chat masala + 1/2 tsp Garam Masala and marinade for 30 minutes.


- Mash potato and add salt + 1/2 tsp chat masala + 1/2 tsp garam masala + ginger + chopped coriander + semolina and marinated soya and mix well.


- It will take shape of dough, pinch medium size balls and give shape of Patties and coat with semolina. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.


- Now shallow fry under low to flame, fry both side till golden brown.



- Crispy patties is done.



- Sprinkle chat masala and serve.



- Serve with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
