- 1/2 cup boiled mashed potato

- Now again cut it into its stomach. Put potato material on the single side of the bun & cover it with another side.


- Press it with hands softly. Now dip it into besan batter carefully & drop into the oil. Fry it on both sides on mid flame.

- After turns golden take out from oil on a napkin paper for soak extra oil. Before serve cut it into slices & Sprinkle chaat masala on it.

- Serve it with green chutney. It's taste is awesome when we eat garam garam.
