- 250 gram Daal maash
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Masala
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp onion paste
- Dry Spices
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp zeera powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- salt to taste
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- Other condiments
- 4-5 red chilli button
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4-5 green chillies
- Garnishing
- Coriander leaves
- Garam masala powder
Instructions to make Daal Maash Without Tomato 🍅
- Clean and wash the Daal.
Soak daal mash for 2 hours.
- Take a pressure cooker add Daal Mash, cinnamon stick, turmeric powder, water and boil remove the skim add 1 tbsp oil. Daal is soft drain water and keep aside.


- Take a wok add oil, onion paste, ginger garlic paste fry till light golden brown colour then add all dry spices and bhonify together. Add 1/2 cup water and cook for 10 minutes and oil separates.

- Add boiled Daal,red chilli button and mix well and cook for another 10 minutes on dum.

- Garnish with green coriander leaves


- Sprinkle the Garam masala powder. Serve hot with roti or naan 😋
