- 1 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 Cup Onions: Finely Chopped/Sliced
- 2 tbsps 3G: Finely Chopped
- 2 Eggs Scrambled: Optional- (I’ve not used any non-veg versions tdy)
- 1 Cup Chicken: Cooked/Boiled/Leftovers: Finely Shredded- Optional for the Vegetarians
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce: Optional
- 2 sachets: Maggie Veg. Masala Powder (Optional)
- as required Cooking Oil: To Cook the Chowmein
- Garnish: Your Way

- To begin with: Heat up a frying pan & add in very little oil in it- Throw in it the leftover veggies or else, if it’s fresh then, sauté that nicely until soft & tender- Check on the seasonings part, adjust if necessary
