- 8 tbsp oil
- 1 small onion (pyaz) chopped
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 tsp Garlic ginger paste (adrak Lehsan paste)
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi powder)
- 1 tsp Cumin seed (zeera)
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- Salt (namak) acc to taste
- 2 Green chilles (Hari mirch)
- 1 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)
- 1 small cup Black eye bean (lobia) (boiled)
- 1 tsp Cumin powder (zeera powder)
- 1 tsp Coriander powder (dhania powder)
- 1 tsp Crushed coriander (kutta dhania)
- Green coriander for sprinkle
- 4 tbsp Tamarind pulp (imli ka paste)
Instructions to make Spicy beans
- Collect all ingredients.

- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add onion & fry until it become soft.
- Add garlic ginger paste & mix for a while.
- Blend tomatoes in blender & pour this paste in a pan.

- Add all spices, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cumin, coriander powder, crushed coriander, salt, turmeric powder cook for 3- 5 min or until all spices mixed n cooked perfectly.

- Add boiled black eye beans & tamarind pulp.
Add little amount of water,mix it & cover it with lid. Put it on a low flame so the beans will be fully cooked. - In end add green chilles,garam masala,green coriander, cover & put it on simmer for 2-3 min
- Spicy beans are ready to eat 🍽
