Instructions to make Palak Pakoda/Spinach Pops
- Chop the leafy part of palak. Use stem part in dal /paratha /will french beans, potato fry.



- Mix the dry ingredients with besan, as shown below.

- Mix rest other ingredients as shown in photo.

- Add oil and make the besan mixture crumbs like.

- Add chopped onion, mashed potatoes and chopped palak. Add water to make thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes.



- Heat oil. Check if the oil is hot with a little batter.


- Make pops as you like and deep fry them in medium to low flame from all sides. Serve the crispy, delicious Palak Pakoda with Mayo and Tomato Sauce.
