Tawa burger is a popular street food of Mumbai and all across the country. Normally tawa Burger made from spicy potato or meat filling but I have made tawa burger with aloo soya tikki.

- 4 Burger Buns
- 2 boiled Potato
- 1/2 cup boiled Soya chunks
- 1 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1 tsp Chat masala powder
- As Per Taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Butter
- as needed Oil
- 1 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Green Chutney
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Onion, sliced
- 1 Tomato, sliced
- 1 tbsp Bread crumbs
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
