  6. 2-3 florets cooked Broccoli *OR Cucumber, Avocado, etc

  9. Salt for cooking Gnocchi

Instructions to make Tuna Mayo Gnocchi

  1. Prepare Broccoli Florets and Boiled Egg. Broccoli can be blanched in salted water.
  2. Place drained Tuna in a mixing bowl, and season with Salt & Pepper. If Tuna is already salted, do not add Salt.
  3. Add finely chopped Onion, Mayonnaise and Soy Sauce, mix well.
  4. Cook Gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain, add to the Tuna mixture, and mix to combine. Add Broccoli and Boiled Egg, and roughly combine.
  5. Sprinkle with some extra Pepper and enjoy.
