  20. 1 tsp amchoor powder/dry mango powder
  21. 1 tsp jaggery
  22. 1 tsp black salt
  23. Raw tomato chopped
  24. Sliced lemon
  25. Boiled sprouts

Steps to make Millet Buddha Bowl

  1. For millets. Heat oil. Add all masala and add Kodo millet. Stir and add water. Add salt. Cover and cook until done.
  2. For veggies. Heat oil and add ginger garlic. stir fry vegetables. Add salt, soya sauce and mix well. Add 1 cup water. Make slurry of cornflour and add to the pan. Mix and boil. The mix veg is ready.
  3. For the curry. Heat oil and add all the dry masala. Followed by tomato paste. Add salt and cook till oil seperates. Add green gram and 1 cup of water. Boil for 5 min on simmer. Curry is ready.
  4. Now arrange the bowl. Add one portion of millet. One portion of veggies. One portion of green gram curry. Add some sliced tomatoes. Add boiled sprouts and a lemon slice. Serve.
