- For Kabab -
- 4 bowl chopped spinach
- 1 bowl mint leaves
- 1 inch ginger
- 8-10 cloves garlic
- 3-4 green chillies
- 1 boiled potato mashed
- 2 tbsp roasted besan
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 lemon juice
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp ghee
- For filling -
- 3 tbsp chopped nuts
- 3 tbsp grated paneer
- 1 tsp chaat masala
Instructions to make Stuffed Hara Bhara Kabab
- First wash the spinach nicely plenty of water and chopped it. Take a grinder add chopped spinach, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice and grind a smooth and thick paste.


- Heat oil and ghee in a kadai add ground spinach paste, sugar, salt and cook in a slow heat until it becomes dry. Then turn off the flame and keep it aside for cooling down.



- Making Filling -
Take a bowl add grated paneer, chopped dry fruits, chaat masala, mix it well. Filling are ready, keep aside.

- Making kababs -
Take a bowl add mashed potatoes, spinach mixture, rosted besan, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix it nicely with hand.
- Now take small portion of spinach mixture dough and form a small flat covering. Place the small portion of dry fruits filling mixture in the centre and cover with the spinach dough and form a round shape kabab. As shown in fig. Kababs are ready to be fried.


- Heat oil and ghee in a pan, when oil is hot, low the flame and place the kabab and shallow fry them. When one side is fried flip to the other side and fry it well.when both sides are fried, till it turns slightly golden brown and take out on a tissue paper.


- Stuffed Hara Bhara Kabab is ready to serve with mint chutney or sauce.
