  2. Now add all the other ingredients except besan & oil. Mix it well. In goes besan, add very lil water, mix it well (batter should not be thin). Add oil now, mix it thoroughly. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
  4. Mix the batter again. Moderate the flame, drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil, deep fry the pakoras until light brown.
  5. Take out on an absorbent paper so that extra oil is absorbed.
  6. Plate it, serve it with chutney or sauce.
