  18. As Per Taste Salt
  19. 1/2 tsp sugar
  20. 1/4th tsp Turmeric powder

  22. 1 tsp curry powder
  23. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  24. As Required Chopped coriander leaves
  25. As Required Hot water

Instructions to make Jhatpat anda aloo curry (egg curry)

  1. With the above-mentioned ingredients prepare a masala paste. Keep aside.
